Business Background

iBTS was started in 2008, as an IT Consulting organization, focusing on the problems faced by SMBs. Later offerings such as Balanced Scorecard and Business Dashboards (CXO dashboards) were added. Several organizations pursued quality initiatives such as ISO 9001, CMMI & People CMM observed that their processes became bulky and found it difficult to sustain excellence with manual processes. iBTS now started offering services on improving and automating the business processes, leveraging the power of collaborative processes, Internet Technologies and social media. These services help organizations to implement light-weight, high-capability processes for breakthrough performance.

iBTS is assisted by C-Star Consortium, a consortium of experts from diverse domains. This means while iBTS helps you to put in place effective business systems, experts from C-Star Consortium are also available for solving issues that may require deep expertise in very specialized domains. iBTS works closely with Quality Consulting/Certification organizations.

Thomas has been providing IT services to various Indian and multinational organizations for more than 24 years. Before starting iBTS, Thomas held leadership positions in software development, Quality (process group), IT applications and IT infrastructure in organizations such as TCS, Futuresoft, Flextronics and Aricent. Thomas has also led various strategic organization initiatives such as ERP rollouts, CMMI, ISO 9001, People CMM, Balanced scorecard, ISO 27001 (Information Security), TL9000 (Telecom) and Knowledge Management.  He has architected integrated systems that incorporated the diverse requirements of the above business excellence frameworks. | Profile in LinkedIn

JS Murali, Principal Consultant

With over 25 years of IT experience, Murali Jayaraman headed business units and delivery centers in TCS (15 years) and HCL Technologies (4 years). Murali's major contribution is in the areas of Software Delivery, Process, Quality, Account Management and Business Unit Management.
